Prime location

Located in an absolutely prime area of Eaton opposite a reserve and walking distance to the new lawn bowls center you will find this lock and leave low maintenance home. The house was built by Dale Alcock Homes in 2006 and sits on 281m2 of land.

The house is very spacious, formal lounge in the front, great sized master bedroom with ensuite and its own air conditioning. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, a gas cooker with stainless steel electric oven and the bench can double as a breakfast bar.

The open plan living ding room will cater for the largest of furniture easily, has its own air conditioning unit and access to the double lock up garage and alfresco area. The 2 minor bedrooms are carpeted with roller blinds installed and built-in robes. The bathroom between these two bedrooms has a shower and a separate bath.
The home also has solar for electricity, recently a new gas storage hot water system installed and as you can see no gardens really to maintain, paved all-round the home with artificial turf out the front.

This home is the perfect starter for the first home buyer or retiree looking to downsize. Viewings are by appointment only so call us today.

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
