Completed in 2023 by WA Country Builders, this stunning home features five generously sized bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, and multiple living areas, including a spacious main living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer captivating views of the public open space and winter creek. High ceilings, LED lighting, engineered vinyl plank flooring, and fully ducted heating and cooling create a comfortable and stylish living environment, while the slow wood combustion heater adds a touch of cozy warmth.
The heart of the home is the breathtaking kitchen, which showcases stone benchtops, soft-closing drawers, a 900mm electric fan-forced oven, a 5-burner gas cooktop, a rangehood, a plumbed fridge recess, a dishwasher, and a spacious walk-in butler's pantry complete with shelving and cupboards. Conveniently located nearby is the laundry, with direct access to both the double garage and the backyard.
The children's bedrooms are situated in a separate wing off the kitchen, offering four large bedrooms, all with built-in robes (BIRs), carpets, window treatments, and ceiling fans. This wing also includes an activity room and a main bathroom featuring a shower, bath, vanity, a separate WC, and a large linen press. The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary, located at the front of the home and resembling a high-end hotel suite. It includes floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains, a walk-in robe, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a separate WC. The nearby media room, equipped with double doors, is the perfect spot for movie nights or catching up on your favorite TV shows.
Step outside to the large alfresco area, which overlooks the public open space and creek line—an idyllic spot for birdwatching, hosting guests, or enjoying large family gatherings. The outdoor space continues to impress with a saltwater fiberglass swimming pool (6.5m x 3m), a grassed area big enough for a trampoline, and a massive 10m x 8m powered workshop with a remote roller door, glass sliding door, insulation, retic controller, and a rainwater tank connected to the mains water supply.
Additional features include powder-coated aluminum slate fencing and gates, side access, aggregate concrete surrounding the pool, pathways, and driveways. The property also benefits from security cameras, fully landscaped and retained native gardens with large granite rocks, and reticulated irrigation.

Track this property
Track propertyThe townsite of Margaret River is located in the south west agricultural area, 277 kilometres south southwest of Perth and 48 kilometres south southwest of Busselton. It is located on the Margaret River from which it derives its name. The precise origin of the naming of the river is not known, but it was possibly named by John Bussell in honour of Margaret Wyche, a friend in England who was expected to follow the Bussell's to Australia. The name is first shown on a map of the region published in 1839.
In 1910 the Margaret River Progress Association wrote to the Minister for Lands requesting a townsite be declared at "the Upper Margaret Bridge". The reason given was that "the district is likely to be dotted with public buildings several miles apart in the near future if a townsite is not made available shortly". The District Surveyor who inspected the area preferred an area near the lower bridge on Caves Road, but this land was not available. Lots were surveyed in 1912, and the Townsite of Margaret River gazetted in 1913. In 1918 the name of the townsite was changed to "Margaret", but it was changed back to Margaret River in 1927, due to local usage of the name always being Margaret River.
