Perfect Sized Family Home For Summer.

Why spend your days at a public pool or the beach when you can spend the whole day around your own pool ?

In the heart of the quiet suburb of Kingston Estate, this four bedroom, two bathroom home is situated perfectly on a 751m2 block. With a primary school and a high school within the suburb, it is a perfect location for the entire family.

The master bedroom features a generous sized bedroom, built in robes, an ensuite and a beautiful wood look flooring.

This open plan kitchen, living and dining area is naturally so well lit and spacious you might even start enjoy cooking. The large, functional kitchen has ample cupboard and bench space with plenty of room to move. The dining and living area leads out to the outside of the property through large glass door where you will find a very generous sized alfresco area.

The alfresco is completely undercover for those cooler days and nights. The perfect entertaining area if you ask me. There is side access to the property through double gates, where you could easily manage to get a car down. The side access will lead you down to the workshop where you can store all of those toys.

A property this size and with all these amazing features is not going to last long.
