Set in one of Balga's best pockets, this street-front home delivers the right mix of space, convenience and value. With no strata fees or common property, it's the kind of property that feels more like a house than a villa.
Inside, you'll find three good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area. High ceilings give the home an airy feel, while brand-new carpets in the bedrooms and a fresh coat of paint throughout mean it's ready to move straight in.
Extras like roller shutters, a 6.6KW solar system and a full camera security setup add peace of mind and long-term savings.
Whether you're looking for your first home, a solid investment or a low-maintenance downsizer, this one ticks the boxes - and with its location, it's the kind of opportunity that doesn't last long.

Balga is northern suburb of Perth located in the City of Stirling. The name "Balga" was adopted in 1954 derived from the Aboriginal word for the indigenous grass tree Xanthorrhoea. Most dwellings in Balga are made of brick and tile, reflecting the period of development and while most residences are detached, there are some grouped dwellings and flats throughout the suburb.
Balga contains numerous parks, sporting facilities and recreational reserves with the largest being Princess Wallington Reserve. Balga also contains two local shopping centres and several primary schools as well as Balga Senior High School and the North Metropolitan TAFE.
