UNDER OFFER BY JARROD O’NEIL

Stylishly renovated and wonderfully street-front, this chic 2 bedroom 1 bathroom-plus study over-55s haven in sought-after “Hepburn Heights” proves that down-sizing doesn’t mean dialling anything down — especially not comfort or character.

Filled with light, refreshed with flair and finished with an eye for low-maintenance lock-up-and-leave living, it’s the perfect blend of modern sophistication and easy-care freedom. Move in, soak up the serenity, enjoy the independence and relish the feeling of living somewhere that’s been thoughtfully transformed for your next, best chapter.

Beyond a pleasant entry verandah sits an inviting open-plan living, dining and updated-kitchen area with a gas bayonet for heating, tiled splashbacks, a storage pantry, a microwave recess and stainless-steel range-hood, Haier gas-cooktop and Chef under-bench-oven appliances.

The study off here can easily be converted into a third bedroom, if need be. The spacious carpeted master is the obvious pick of the bedrooms with its ceiling fan, full-height built-in wardrobes and a gorgeous northwest-facing aspect across the front garden.

The fully-tiled and renovated bathroom plays host to a walk-in shower, a powder vanity and a feature skylight for natural illumination. The separate laundry has also been modernised to include its own skylight, tiled splashbacks and under-bench storage cupboards.

Both the second bedroom and living space extend entertaining outdoors to a brilliant under-cover alfresco/patio area where café/shade blinds help protect everybody from the elements, no matter what the occasion. A large lock-up external rear storeroom completes the picture.

Only a matter of footsteps separate your front door from majestic conservation-area bushland, with fantastic local restaurants, early-learning facilities, St Stephen’s School and even Greenwood Train Station on the freeway all just walking distance away, for your convenience. Numerous bus stops, other sprawling neighbourhood parklands, Padbury Primary School, Duncraig Senior High School, Padbury Catholic Primary School, Sacred Heart College, St Mark’s Anglican Community School, local shopping villages, more shopping and entertainment at Westfield Whitford City, the outstanding Hillarys Boat Harbour, the vibrant Hillarys Beach Club, beautiful Mullaloo Beach, Craigie Leisure Centre and so much more are all easily accessible within a matter of minutes, if not seconds.

Now, this is what you call a lifestyle upgrade!

Padbury overview

Padbury was named in 1971 after the notable Western Australian settler Walter Padbury (a street in Padbury is also named him, Walter Padbury Boulevard). Several locations in the north section of Padbury bordering on the main road of Whitfords Avenue take on the name Whitfords. The South East corner of the suburb also goes by the name of Hepburn Heights and the most eastern part of Padbury is often called Pinnaroo Heights.
