911 square metres of land with a spacious home and a great workshop. This is property investing at it's most exciting! It's zoned R25/60 and offers excellent potential for lifestyle and future prospects.
INSIDE
This is very neat and tidy indeed. It's pretty original, but well maintained and well built. The main living area is a good size and has plenty of space for larger furniture styles. It leads through to the meals area and kitchen. The meals area will comfortably fit a good sized dining table and the kitchen is well configured with plenty of workspace and storage. The kitchen is adjacent to the laundry which is huge! It has a shopper's entrance to the garage - not a common design element at the time this was built - but it was built well and with good consideration for liveability. The bedrooms are all quite large. The master bedroom is at the front of the home and has ample space for a king size bed. The bathroom is original but in excellent condition. It's all in excellent condition!
OUTSIDE
The patio/carport is massive and leads right down to the workshop. The workshop is powered, it smells like a grandad's workshop, and it is just waiting for the next person to get in and make use of this fantastic space. The 911sqm block has a bore that reticulates it and keeps all this lawn green throughout those warmer months. It really is a fantastic backyard.
CAN I SUBDIVIDE?
Whilst it is a really fantastic backyard, it is big enough to potentially subdivide, so speak to the council about that if that is your plan. They'll fill you in on all the details and let you know what can be done with this big, big block.
WHERE IT IS
So super close to everything! It's easy access to Kelmscott Senior High School, day care, train station, shopping centres and more. It's a no through road so whatever traffic does come down here is pretty local.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
