Set on a generous 1,213sqm deep-sewered block right in the heart of Denmark, this welcoming home offers everyday convenience paired with a surprisingly tranquil backyard outlook.
The rear garden is a true highlight. Millars Creek gently winds through the property, bordered by open lawn, established trees and leafy green surrounds, creating a peaceful, park-like setting rarely found so close to town. Whether it's watching the seasons change, enjoying birdsong, or simply unwinding outdoors, the backyard offers a sense of calm and connection to nature that's hard to replicate.
Inside, the home features three spacious robed bedrooms, high ceilings throughout and a light-filled open plan family room that opens to a covered outdoor entertaining area. A large north-facing deck further extends the living space, providing an ideal spot to relax or gather with friends while overlooking the garden.
Comfort is well catered for with reverse cycle air conditioning, instant gas hot water and gas cooking. Practical additions include a double garage with roller doors and a fully lined utility room at the rear-ideal for a workshop, studio, hobby space or extra storage. Raised vegetable gardens with scheme water reticulation complete the outdoor offering.
Despite the private feel, the location is exceptionally convenient. IGA and Mrs Jones Café are just 600 metres away, Denmark Medical Centre is equally close, and a safe cycle and walking path into town sits directly opposite the home.
A property that combines space, nature and walk-to-town living, with a backyard that truly sets it apart.

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
