The Home That Has It All!

This Ventura built home is as exciting as it is expansive, boasting five bedrooms, a theatre room, an activity room and even your own dedicated golf simulator room! Perfectly positioned on a massive 1,000sqm block, every inch of the layout has been carefully planned to maximise space, flow and lifestyle.

The heart of the home is the open plan living area, where the kitchen takes centre stage with a gorgeous mirrored splashback, gas cooktop, double wall ovens, dishwasher, breakfast bar and a spacious walk in pantry. Overlooking the living and dining zone, it is the ideal place for casual meals or hosting a crowd. Slide back the sheer curtains to embrace the outdoors - watch the kids splashing in the sparkling salt water heated pool while you enjoy seamless summer entertaining. The outdoor area is designed for memorable gatherings, complete with Bose speakers to set the perfect soundtrack for any occasion.

The theatre room is ready for relaxed movie nights or catching the big game in comfort. For the golfing enthusiast, the real showstopper is the dedicated golf simulator room, a space where you can practice your swing, perfect your putting and maybe even score a hole in one before heading to the nearby Pinjarra Golf Course to test your skills on the fairway.

The opulent master suite is a true haven. Generous in size and beautifully appointed, it features an open plan ensuite with a deep bath, a concealed shower and a luxurious rainfall shower head - the ultimate indulgence at the end of the day.

Tucked away in its own private wing, the children's zone is perfect for privacy and downtime. Here you will find two bedrooms with built in robes and a third with a walk in robe, all centred around a generous activity/TV room. It is the ideal space for study, gaming or relaxing, and offers the perfect balance of privacy and connection for the busy lives of teenagers or younger children. A massive main bathroom and separate powder room complete this area of the home. The generous size study toward the front of the home will easily convert to a spacious fifth bedroom, perfect for larger families or visiting guests.

Practicality has not been overlooked. Enjoy the double garage with shopper's entrance, 3 phase power to the property and powered workshop as well as gated side access, perfect for tradies or those with extra toys to store. The gardens are fully reticulated for easy care, while ducted and zoned air conditioning ensures comfort all year round.

If it is space you are looking for, style and a home that is big on both fun and function, this one delivers it all. Please give Jon a call on 0428 428 769 for more information on the extraordinary property.

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
