How's the serenity !!!

Waikiri Parade is one of those spots that has always been popular, situated across the road from “Blue Holes” Swimming and Snorkeling Sanctuary, the outlook is just very peaceful which adds to the popularity. This bright and quirky home was built by it’s current owners in 1996 and has been used as their holiday home since. This solid Brick Veneer home with internal pine paneling features is really unusual and the use of timber gives it a warm feel, combined with the shiny parquetry floors, the combination must be viewed to be appreciated. This huge 828sqm block with a shed at the rear is basically a blank canvas as far as landscaping is concerned so you can leave it “as is” or plant out the gardens it’s up to you.
Things you should know
*Downstairs you are greeted with the lounge area with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have split system A/C and a timber paneling wall separating the lounge area from the kitchen/dining area, the kitchen boasts an island bench with induction stove top that overlooks the dining area that easily seats 6.
*The downstairs bathroom, separate toilet and laundry are bright and airy with loads of storage space and access outside from the laundry ticks another box.
*Upstairs is a classical parent’s retreat with a formal lounge with hard wearing carpet and split system A/C, the view is out to the bushland across the road, the glass sliding doors lead outside to the 14metre long verandah also a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by, the sunsets would be stunning..
*The office space upstairs could easily be a craft room or another bedroom, whatever suits your needs.
*The master bedroom with walk through wardrobe that leads to the en-suite complete with bath runs the length of the house and is a bright and airy room with split system A/C this is an opulent room with it shear size.

Kalbarri overview

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.

The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
