Ready for a Reno

This neat and tidy property is located at the top of a cul-de-sac in an elevated position, enjoying views across the Binningup Park and even has a glimpse of the ocean. With good bones, this brick and tile home is looking for new owners to add their own touch and transform it into a lovely seaside residence.

Come in the front door and you will find:
• Tiled entry, with tiles extending through the main living area of the home.
• Spacious lounge on the right hand side of the front door which has a bay window overlooking the cul-de-sac and a sliding door to the patio. Catch a glimpse of the ocean from this room!
• The open planned living area has room for a dining and family area, with a good sized kitchen occupying one corner of the room. The kitchen has an extra wide breakfast bar, SMEG stainless steel gas cooktop & wall oven as well as a built in pantry. A double sink is surrounded by windows so you can keep a close eye on the back entertaining area. There are plenty of cupboards and also some pot drawers.
• The laundry is located adjacent to the kitchen with a trough, built in linen press and room for the washing machine. A sliding door provides an easy access point to the washing line.
• The master bedroom is located at the rear of the home, providing a quiet retreat from the rest of the home. It has a ceiling fan and triple built in robes. The two minor bedrooms are both located at the front of the home and both have ceiling fans and built in storage.
• The bathroom has a screened shower over the bath and a good sized vanity. Wall cupboards either side of the mirror provide additional storage for toiletries and a skylight provides additional light. A separate toilet is close by and central to the bedrooms.
• Cosy tile fire for the winter months and ducted air conditioning throughout the home.

Outside you will find:
• A concrete driveway leading to a single carport, which extends through under a flat roof patio for extra parking.
• Two outdoor living areas – a gabled patio on the north side of the home, perfect for capturing some sunshine in the winter months and a view of the ocean. There is also a large flat roof patio at the back of the home which has been semi-enclosed with outdoor blinds. This back area would be perfect for a kids toy room or hobby area.
• Side access from a separate driveway to park a caravan, boat or additional vehicles.
• Garden shed
•Reticulated lawns and gardens off the Peppertree Lakes Community bore scheme.

The property is for sale on an "as is" basis with timber pest and building structural inspection reports available to genuine purchasers.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
