This home's sense of calm is perfectly in keeping with its parkland setting, overlooking the park in Lakewood Shores Estate.
Built in 2000, this rendered brick and colourbond home faces north, with views of the tree-lined park across the road.
Originally designed as a holiday home, the property is good for accommodating a crowd – with three large bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
Come inside and you will find:
• Large open plan living area with cathedral ceilings and plenty of natural light from the large windows at the front of the home. A cosy fireplace is a feature and there is also a reverse cycle air conditioner. Timber venetian blinds and terracotta tiles provide a touch of Mediterranean living.
• The kitchen is at one end of the living area, with a wide central bench that separates the kitchen, but still allows you to interact with others in the living area. There is plenty of storage with lots of overhead cabinets, dishwasher, fridge recess and microwave nook.
• The master bedroom has a double built-in robe and an adjoining ensuite with vanity shower and toilet. The mix of blue floor tiles and white walls tiles add to the coastal feel of the property.
• On the other side of the living area there are two good sized bedrooms, both with triple built-in robes. One has a sliding door leading to the front alfresco.
• The main bathroom is adjacent to the two bedrooms and has a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity.
• A large laundry is the perfect entry point from the beach, with another shower and toilet located off the laundry, perfect for rinsing off after a morning at the beach.
Outside you will find:
• A generous carport that is 5m wide, with plenty of room to park and also for good for storage.
• Alfresco at the front which is a lovely place for relaxed outdoor dining; soak up the winter sun and watch the kids play across the road in the park.
• A good sized backyard with access from the back of the carport, a blank canvas for you to add your own garden and a good sized garden shed for storage.

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
Despite being a popular tourist and stopover point in the summer months, Binningup is a beautiful coastal village which boasts many attractions for local residents including a scenic golf course, pristine beach is protected by a reef running parallel to it, general store, caravan park, skateboard park, recreation centre, youth camp, public library and public oval.
