Opportunities like this don't just knock - they compound. Introducing The Wealth Creator! Your chance to secure a substantial 1,012m² landholding in the heart of Forrestfield, where immediate returns meet serious long-term upside.
Positioned on a generous, development-friendly block, this original 1960's 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of holding income, subdivision potential, and future redevelopment scope. A strategic trifecta for the astute buyer.
The existing dwelling is neat, functional, and currently tenanted at $555 per week on a fixed lease until March 2027, providing instant cash flow while you plan your next move. Whether you're land banking, developing, or simply adding a high-performing asset to your portfolio, this property gives you options.
The overriding appeal is the highly sought-after retain-and-build capability, made simple with a wide 5-metre side access, meaning you can unlock the rear potential without costly modifications to the existing home. It's a clean, efficient pathway to adding value.
Looking further ahead, the true power of this wealth creator lies in its scale. With over 1,000m² at your disposal, the block presents a compelling case for a future multi-dwelling development (STCA) where you can build 3 or even 4 homes and fully capitalise on the landholding as this area continues to evolve.
Location only strengthens the equation. Set within walking distance to the Hawaiians shopping precinct and Forrestfield Primary School, this is a position that supports both rental demand today and resale demand tomorrow.
This is not just a property - it's a strategy in motion.
Key Highlights:
• Expansive 1,012m² block with development upside
• Original 3x1 1960's home in rentable condition
• 5m wide side access enabling seamless retain & build potential

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
