This ideally located, spacious three bedroom home has a gorgeous, well appointed, chefs kitchen, a brand new high spec bathroom (and a very classy separate loo..), along with spacious bedrooms, with split air cons, ceiling fans and new carpet. And In line with the best of Dampier traditions, you will also find sprawling patio entertaining areas to both front and rear of the home, along with loads of extra space for parking.
But the home itself, although fabulous in its own right, is really only half the story that needs to be told here, because there's so much more to be revealed for the true lovers of Dampier's very unique lifestyle.
To begin with, how about a monster sized two storey workshop, complete with an upstairs mezzanine! Acres of lockable storage to fill with your toys and all your camping and fishing gear! How good is Dampier eh!
And because you're here and looking for a house in Dampier, I'm guessing that fishing will be a major part of those activities? Well this house comes with another bonus when it comes time to back in the big rig... It has full length, double width, drive-thru access, from the back, all the way through to the front! Yep, you drive your big rig in through the back yard and shut the gate, and then when you're ready, just keep driving her on through, out the front gate and off to the fishing spot!
There's even a massive area between these gates where you could build yourself a high bay drive thru boat port! Of course, that level of future luxury would require your partner to be almost as keen on fishing/boating as you are! There's even enough frontage on this block to have your big boat on that side of the house and your tinny or trailer parked up on the other side, no shuffling required!
Other existing features here, include a separate air conditioned gym/store/sleep out, off the rear patio, and there is still plenty of room and scope for extras in that area too, if you wanted to put in a pool or spa area say, just to finish your wish list and really start living the dream.

A town on the northwest coast, west of Roebourne, Dampier was first established as a port for Hamersley Iron in the 1960s. It was also gazetted a townsite in 1972. Dampier is named after the English explorer and onetime buccaneer, William Dampier, who visited the adjacent islands in 1699 in his ship the "Roebuck". The island group through which he sailed was named "Dampier Archipelago" by Captain Louis Freycinet in 1803.
William Dampier (1651-1715) was the first Englishman to set foot on Australian soil. As a young man he took part in various adventures on both coasts of central America, and in 1683 joined a group of buccaneers bound for the Pacific. In 1686 he joined the "Cygnet" under Captain Swan, and in 1688, briefly visited Western Australia near Broome. He returned to Western Australia in 1699 for a longer visit, exploring the coast from north of Houtman Abrolhos to north of Broome. He landed on, and named, Rosemary Island in the Dampier Archipelago on this expedition.
