Fabulous quiet cul-de-sac locations are so rare to find these days, but here you have it all: an elevated 663 m²* lot offering a double driveway, side access, and even a hardstand with room to park the caravan or boat.
5 Macarthur Court in Australind is a 2013 built Home Group WA home, a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offering 211m²* of living and finished with quality in mind.
This perfect low maintenance home is ready to move into with nothing to do! The outlook from this elevated home is just stunning. Walking through the front veranda into the entrance hall, the master bedroom lies to the right with a spacious walk-in room and ensuite with separate w/c and double vanities.
Opposite lies the theatre room, separate and private from the rest of the home, a real bonus when you want multiple TV's in the home.
Through to the open-plan living at the rear where the family and meals are overlooked by a stunning kitchen with a 900mm freestanding stainless steel oven, double sink and, of course, a walk-in pantry. Then at the rear, a spacious games room big enough for a pool table if you want.
At the rear, a small hallway mindful of wasting any space leads to the guest wing; all three bedrooms have double sliding robes and easy access to the master bathroom with a separate w/c off the hallway.
The laundry lies conveniently tucked behind the kitchen, right next to the shopper's access into the double garage. The laundry offers a full bench built-in linen cupboard, so much room.

The town of Australind is located on the shores of Leschenault Eastuary, 165 kilometres south of Perth and 12 kilometres northeast of Bunbury. In 1840 a company named the Western Australian Company was formed in England with the objective of purchasing lands in Western Australia and applying certain principles of colonisation and emigration as laid down by one of the Directors, Edward Gibbon Wakefield. The Company purchased 103,000 acres on Leschenault Inlet, and named the settlement proposed there "Australind", a combination of Australia and India.
Residents of Australind can enjoy all the attributes of living close to the coast, while being part of a connected community. Bunbury is only a short drive away however within the suburbs there is the Australind Village Shopping Centre, a 24/7 Spud Shed Store and the 18-hole Bunbury Golf Club. There are two high schools and six primary schools in the area.
