As we know properties on full sized blocks are becoming harder to find, especially ones that are on, one of the most beautiful streets in Myaree lined with Jacarandas. Situated on 779sqm of prime Myaree land that is currently proposed under the City Of Melville Local Planning Scheme 6 to be rezoned to R40 giving the potential of a triplex site is something the savvy investor will jump on.
5 Evershed not only gives you a great location, with a shopping centre, bus stops, day care and parks within walking distance, but access to some of the best public school this side of the river, those being Booragoon Primary School and Applecross High School but you also have Mel Maria at the bottom of the street as well for a private school choice.
Stepping into the home you can see that there is plenty of space as it is but is also easy to see how you could open this space more and make it a fully open plan living dining and kitchen area.
The secondary and third bedroom are both a great size and feature those stunning original jarrah floorboards which area becoming harder to find.
The Master bedroom at the back of the home looks out onto the veranda and pool area giving you a nice, elevated view rather than looking at a fence. Just off the Master bedroom is another room that could be converted to a en-suite making this a 3 bed 2 bath home without the need of building extra walls.
One of the unique selling points of this place is the direct access to the large workshop that would be a dream for those that like to work on cars, bikes or even if you just want a man cave.
Once you walk through this home you will see how much potential it really has and not only the potential for right now but also further down the track.

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.
Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
