Family Comfort in a Prime School Zone

As you arrive, you'll appreciate the space this corner block offers and the sense of privacy it creates. Stepping inside, the layout immediately feels practical and well thought out, with multiple living zones that give everyone room to spread out.

At the front right of the home, your main bedroom is privately positioned away from the rest of the household. It's generous in size and includes a walk-in robe and ensuite with adjoining powder room - a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Nearby, the study gives you a quiet space to work from home or manage schoolwork without interruption.

Moving further in, the formal lounge offers a separate area to relax, entertain guests or enjoy a quiet evening. From here, the home opens into the central hub - the open plan family, dining and kitchen. This is where everyday life naturally comes together. The kitchen sits at the centre of it all, overlooking the family room and dining, with ample bench space, excellent storage and a walk-in pantry. A raised timber ceiling with skylight fills this space with natural light, giving it warmth and character.

At the rear of the home, you'll find a large rumpus room, perfect as a kids' retreat, games room or second living area. The minor bedrooms are also positioned toward the back, along with the main bathroom, separate toilet and laundry - creating a practical family zone that keeps bedrooms neatly grouped together.

With ducted air conditioning throughout, you'll stay comfortable year-round.

Outside, manicured lawns and established gardens wrap around the home, enhanced by the generous 814m² corner block - offering space to enjoy now and flexibility for the future.

The location makes daily life easy. You're directly across the road from Leschenault Catholic Primary School, close to bus stops, just 1.4km to Australind Shopping Centre, and approximately 800m to both Australind Primary School and Australind High School.

This is a home that gives you space to live, room to grow and a location that truly supports family life.
