Easy to Enjoy!

The simple life well and truly awaits you here, from within the walls of this neat and tidy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom top-floor apartment that is beautifully presented and even benefits from splendid city views as a wonderful added bonus.

Nestled in a small gated complex of only eight residences, this gem of a pad welcomes you inside via a delightful open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The stylish kitchen itself includes ample over-head and under-bench cupboards and storage cabinetry, a range hood, a gas cooktop, a Chef oven, a stainless-steel dish-drawer and a single-door pantry.

At the rear, a lovely deck, verandah and open pergola area defines private courtyard entertaining in the best way possible, with its stunning outlook of the bright Perth city lights at night also on offer as a snapshot from within the living space. A pleasant leafy aspect of the surrounding treetops graces the opposite direction and truly allows you and your friends and guests to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Both bedrooms are carpeted for comfort too, inclusive of a larger master that also plays host to triple-sliding-door built-in wardrobes. An impressive bathroom doubles as the ultimate functional wet area, boasting a shower, toilet, powder vanity, under-bench storage and allocated space for both a washing machine and dryer, meaning there is no need for a communal laundry when you have your own set up right under your nose.

Walk to bus stops and lush local parklands from this ultra-convenient location that also happens to be situated close to excellent schools and in between the vibrant Main Street café and restaurant strip and both the Dog Swamp and Flinders Square Shopping Centres. The buzzing Mount Hawthorn precinct along Scarborough Beach Road is also nearby, as are the likes of more shopping at The Mezz, bars, pubs, nightclubs, further eateries and the surrounding entertainment hotspots of Leederville, West Leederville, Subiaco, Mount Lawley, Highgate, Northbridge and even the Perth CBD itself.

Even the freeway isn't too far from your doorstep, nor is our pristine Western Australian coastline. For something that is both central and very low-maintenance, look no further. This may just be the one you have been waiting for!

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
