SO NICE TO COME HOME TO

With winter's chill arriving this is the perfect place in which to 'cosy-up' be it your first home, or the one you 'downsize' to. This 2 bedroom villa has undergone extensive renovation with appealing kitchen and bathroom updates. Freshly painted throughout, the neutral colour scheme and wood style floors will suit whatever look you're aiming for.

The small development is mainly owner occupied and is beautifully maintained with well kept attractive gardens. Number 5 has two courtyard gardens for outdoor relaxation or entertaining adding even more space to this lovely home.

Plus, you'll love the convenience of the location, 10 minutes to the City by car, or by train from nearby Glendalough train station. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby and for more serious shopping the brand new Karrinyup shopping centre is close as are all the outlets in Innaloo.

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
