I'm definitely not typical!

If you are looking for a lifestyle of simplicity and style, then look no further than this stunning apartment home but please don’t label it as your typical apartment.

The first thing you will notice is that this is perfectly located if you work in the city. Access to the Warwick train station could not be easier BUT DO NOT think it’s noisy here. Two things that amazed me about this apartment home is the size of the balcony and the fact that because it is at the rear and first floor of the group it is very very quiet. Come see for yourself.

Now let’s talk things that make this place special and unique to other apartments.

One. I can’t get over the balcony size. Due to the design of the apartment the balcony virtually becomes another living space. As you can see from the pictures it has an outdoor couch and coffee table as well as an outdoor dining setting. And because you are elevated and at the rear of the complex your outlook is nothing but skyline and trees to the west. An intelligent design has made the area virtually usable year round regardless of the weather.

Two. The finish is beautiful. The attention to detail and quality is obvious as soon as you walk in the door. Quality tapware, stunning tiling, extra high ceilings, stone benches to the kitchen and bathroom and the icing on the cake is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and solar power.

Three. I don’t know how long you may have been looking for an apartment but try finding one with a bath. It’s nearly impossible but you have one here.

Four. It has a double, covered car bay. This is up there with being as “rare as hens teeth” when it comes to 2 bedroom apartments in the area.

The living area of the home is quite striking. It flows seamlessly to the balcony through a wall of windows on the western end of the apartment. The elevation you have at the rear becomes quite obvious when you see so much skyline, the trees of Carine Open Space and Duncraig surrounds and no other roofs of other homes. It’s light, bright and feels very open and not like a typical apartment at all.

Two queen size bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, provide more than enough sleeping accommodation and the property could be perfect for a single, couple or two friends that want to live together.

The complex is secure. A small group of 6 with secure electronic entry and car access behind a gated parking area.
With easy access to Warwick Train Station, public transport, Carine Glades Shopping Centre, Warwick Shopping Centre and the sprawling Carine Open Space you not only have a stylish home but you are also super conveniently located.

Detail: The property is a strata home in a group of 6 in total strata apartment homes.
The property also features a large lock up storeroom.
