"The home of all seasons," commanding 180-degree views.

Resting high on the escarpment overlooking Australind's stunning Estuary… Offering a different sunset every day!

Australind, with its outstanding location, has always been popular. The views, the stunning foreshore, the recreation, walks, fishing, boating, and the convenience of all the facilities on offer, including the Australind Village shopping complex.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers so many extras not available in similar homes, and has so much more potential, all depending on your needs!

Firstly, the views are outstanding! Situated in an elevated cul-de-sac, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home offers you peace and privacy! Stunning Jarrah floorboards flow throughout, and the most stunning views from most rooms. With the open plan living overlooking the yard and pool, and oh! Did I mention the estuary in the distance? The bathroom has been renovated with floor to ceiling tiling in fresh white tones, and easy access for all.

Perfect as it is, or could be transformed into your dream forever home, with room for so much more if you wanted!

The 738 m²* block has the home situated perfectly, giving you more than ample access for parking. It offers a separate brick caravan garage as well as a brick double garage that has so far been used as a home business/games room, with extra parking in front.

The space in the 'backyard', where the above ground pool lies just off your alfresco, is the perfect size for the fur babies or grandkids. You'll spend many an afternoon, flowing through into the evening, entertaining on your alfresco, taking in the spectacular views, but the sunsets will take your breath away every day! A spectacular finale to living in paradise!

With the opportunity to also purchase the adjoining 517m2* block, for extra parking, future investment, or just a massive, big block, where everything else around you are compact!

BUT, don't take my word for it, come and see for yourself at this week home open, you might be lucky enough to catch the sunset! Call Exclusive Agent and Auctioneer Roslyn Ierace 0407 529 398 today

The Company purchased 103,000 acres on Leschenault Inlet, and named the settlement proposed there "Australind", a combination of Australia and India.
