Estuary Views

Have you been looking for that dream home? You know, the one you thought was out of reach, or just didn't exist! Well, you haven't seen this one!

Situated on a huge 1,189m2* block this Country Builders home packs a punch with 268m2* of living… Offering 3 living areas, high ceilings, below-ground swimming pool, and the most stunning views over the Estuary, all from ground level!

The double entry doors open into a wide hall, with the huge master bedroom off to the left, offering a huge walk-in robe, and then a bright light ensuite with a double-sized shower and separate w/c. With a big full-length window/sliding door giving you access to a private alfresco area off your bedroom.

The spacious theatre room has double doors to give you the pitch-black cinema experience with block-out blinds to the high-set window. Opposite the end of the entry, the staircase leads upstairs, where a huge room awaits… family room… teenage retreat… Art studio, whatever you need, and then another separate room, which should have been made into another 2 bedrooms, it's massive, and again lends itself to a myriad of uses… And off the main room a big balcony, with a gabled roof, where the best sunsets can be seen every day, over the estuary, the views are just amazing!

At the end of the hallway through double doors, make your way into the central living room. The quality floor tiles span from the entry through the living areas, meals, and family room, with a full wall of windows and double doors to the north, to flood the living areas with stunning Northern light and warmth in winter and opening out to the fully paved rear area and the crystal blue waters of the below ground pool… Absolute perfection!

The kitchen is such a focal point of the living room, with a big window looking out the enormous front alfresco, meters and meters of bench space, OMG the pantry is to die for, and then a central island bench as well.

At the far end of the home the guest wing, with 2 identical enormous queen size bedrooms, both with double sliding robes, both have easy access to share the master bathroom, with the bonus of a separate 2nd vanity area, and separate w/c.

Finally, the huge laundry and more storage with 4 big sliding doors, a full-length bench, and doggy/cat door to the enclosed pet run to the side of the home. And easy access to the huge gabled alfresco bordered by lush green gardens and patio blinds, so you get to enjoy this area year-round..
