** Currently leased until August 2027 **
This beautiful home is an excellent investment for multiple reasons!
Firstly, the 700sqm block is zoned R20/30 and has a variety of development options available, including the option to retain and build. Meaning, subject to the relevant approvals, you could potentially keep the existing house and built a brand new two-storey one behind it!
Secondly, the 1978 built home has been been extensively updated. Now with a stylish and modern kitchen, LED downlights, multiple split system airconditioners and more!
And thirdly, it's leased out long term to some really awesome tenants who take great care of the place and would really like to stay!
This means you'll have an income secured from day 1 of owning the place and can skip the weeks of uncertainty that normally comes with trying to find the right tenant.
Additionally, it's located between the Darling Range Senior Sports College and Woodlupine Primary School, as well as being less than 1km down the road from Hawaiian's Forrestfield (the main shopping centre in Forrestfield). And there's a bus stop just metres from the front door.
Absolutely Ideal!!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
