NEW HOME Just completed!
Looking to downsize? Looking for your first home? Just looking for a quality home, close to the estuary and the Australind shopping centre, then have I got the home for you.
47B Paris Road, Australind, is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an extra high double garage, resting on a rear 683 m²* rear battleaxe block, easy care and low maintenance.
The Shelford built home has just had the keys handed over and is ready for its new owners instantly.
Entry to the home is via a stylish raised modwood deck, straight into a separate entry hall with a full-width cupboard and access directly to the garage.
The plan works so well, offering high ceilings, open plan living designed to command the northern light, and easy care vinyl strip timber look flooring flowing throughout the living area, it is just a treat!
But just wait until you see this kitchen OMG I'm jealous. . . stone benchtops, quality cabinetry, quality stainless steel 900 mm appliances, double sized walk in pantry, and ample bench space.
Oh! Did I mention the fantastic viewing window over your rear garden, consisting of mulch and low maintenance ground covers that will spread as time goes by, but bordered by trees along the fence line.
Off the living area the two minor bedrooms both with double sliding door robes, plush carpet, and tall full-length windows allowing the perfect amount of light. In between them is the main bathroom, with a full-sized shower, amply big enough bench and storage and w/c.
At the far end of the home, the master bedroom lies at the rear, a generous room, again offering Northern light and opening out to the rear alfresco through a sliding door, it's a real parents' retreat. Then as you walk through his and hers robes to the ensuite where you find double vanities, WC, and a generous sized shower again, not to forget the bonus of the sliding door.
Tucked away quietly the laundry with a full wall of sliding door robes matches the double doors of storage just off the entry, a full-length bench, and under bench cupboards for storage. That's one thing this home has covered so well, storage everywhere; cupboards, drawers, everything you could need.
But don't take my word for it. This amazing home has been built with quality, style, and pizzazz. So when I say it won't last, I mean IT WONT LAST. Call Exclusive Agent and Auctioneer Roslyn Ierace today on 0407 529 398.

The town of Australind is located on the shores of Leschenault Eastuary, 165 kilometres south of Perth and 12 kilometres northeast of Bunbury. In 1840 a company named the Western Australian Company was formed in England with the objective of purchasing lands in Western Australia and applying certain principles of colonisation and emigration as laid down by one of the Directors, Edward Gibbon Wakefield. The Company purchased 103,000 acres on Leschenault Inlet, and named the settlement proposed there "Australind", a combination of Australia and India.
Residents of Australind can enjoy all the attributes of living close to the coast, while being part of a connected community. Bunbury is only a short drive away however within the suburbs there is the Australind Village Shopping Centre, a 24/7 Spud Shed Store and the 18-hole Bunbury Golf Club. There are two high schools and six primary schools in the area.
