Something Special

Approx. 5 acres | Ultra-private | Rammed earth residence | Marine Fields - tightly held location

Tucked away in complete privacy, this stunning property is not visible from the road - offering a rare sense of seclusion just minutes from Jurien Bay, Cervantes, pristine beaches, and local attractions.

At its heart is a beautifully crafted rammed earth home, built in 2008 with 300mm external walls and 200mm internal walls, delivering exceptional thermal efficiency, natural insulation, and timeless character.

This is a home that has been genuinely loved and carefully maintained over the past 20+ years, with quality and presentation evident throughout.

THE HOME
A grand entrance leads into expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen spaces, anchored by high ceilings and a feature fireplace. The kitchen is well appointed with striking marri cabinetry, generous bench space, and seamless connection to the main living zones.

Multiple living areas flow effortlessly to a fully enclosed 50sqm outdoor entertaining space, designed to capture winter sun while offering shaded, front protected areas with patio blinds for year-round comfort. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to create multiple outlooks and relaxed coastal-bush living.

Accommodation includes:
• 4 generous bedrooms (all with ceiling fans and built-in robes)
• Study or 5th bedroom
• 2 bathrooms
• Large laundry with excellent storage
• Secure double garage

A standout feature is the natural climate control - the rammed earth construction provides year-round comfort with minimal reliance on artificial heating or cooling.

Other infrastructure/utilities
• ~140sqm powered shed with basic amenities
• Extensive parking for boats, caravans, and vehicles
~60sqm lean-to PLUS caravan port (another lean-to!)
• Approximately 180,000L rainwater storage with Puretec filtration (supplying house and shed)
• Bore and reticulation system
• 16 solar panels (5.4kW system)
• Westinghouse dishwasher
• New Electrolux self-cleaning oven and stove
• Chicken coop / small holding infrastructure with potential for livestock use

LIFESTYLE
The property began with olive plantings bordering the block and has evolved into an impressive lifestyle holding, now featuring approximately 350 olive trees across multiple varieties, with around 80% suitable for oil production. A small paddock of table olives and established irrigation add to the appeal. (Olive press negotiable.)

LOCATION & OPPORTUNITY
Set within the tightly held Marine Fields precinct, this is a rare opportunity to secure acreage lifestyle living just:
• 10 minutes from Jurien Bay and Cervantes
• Approx. 2 hours from Perth (Joondalup) or Geraldton
• Moments from pristine beaches, coastline, and national parkland

Why build when you can secure a finished, ready to move in established lifestyle property of this calibre? Replacing this home today would not be achievable at this price point.

A true blend of bush serenity and coastal living - private, peaceful, and exceptionally well set up.

This property will not disappoint.

Jurien Bay overview

The townsite of Jurien Bay is located on Jurien Bay, 266 kilometres north northwest of Perth. The bay, from which the townsite derives its name was named on July 1st 1801 by the French expedition under Captain Baudin. The name honours Charles Marie, vicomte Jurien, 1763-1836, a French naval administrator. Early maritime history of Jurien Bay includes visits by Captain Philip Parker King in the brig "Bathurst" in 1822, Lt. William Preston in the hired cutter "Colonist" in 1830 and J W Gregory in the schooner "Thetis" in 1847-8. The bay was first surveyed by James Harding, Harbour Master of Fremantle, in 1865, and a more extensive survey was made by Staff Commander W E Archdeacon R.N. in 1875.

The first evidence of interest in development at Jurien Bay was when a reserve for Shipping and Landing was declared here in 1887. A church site reserve for the Church of England was gazetted in 1930, and a church erected in late 1931. The church was demolished by the Army in early 1942 because it was of landmark value (of possible aid to a Japanese landing!).
