Secure this magnificent property and feel like you are on holidays every day of the week. The home has been strategically placed to capture the winter sun into the main living area as well as providing a large backyard and also a shed.

Built in 2014 by WA Country Builders, the home has multiple living areas & generous sized bedrooms. A clever eye for interior design is reflected in the quality window treatments and decorative light fittings which give the home a relaxed coastal feel.

Step through the double door & you will find:

• Generous home theatre which is currently used as a home gym, finished with white timber shutters.
• A kids activity or webzone adjoins the main living area, providing the kids with their own space or a lovely quiet space for a home office.
• The three minor bedrooms are all located in a separate wing at the front of the house. They all have built in double robes, ceiling fans & white timber shutters.
• The open plan living area is at the rear of the home, where large windows flood the area with natural light, especially in the mornings. There is ample room for lounge and dining areas, and a large breakfast bar provides extra space for casual dining or a de-brief of the day's events.
• The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a bulkhead, pendant lights, overhead cupboards & stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The walk in pantry has been cleverly designed with a mini scullery where you can tuck the kettle & toaster away and leave the benchtops clear. There is also a large fridge recess and built in microwave recess.
• The laundry is off the kitchen, a feature that will impress a busy family where most of the time is spent preparing meals or doing the washing. Fixed planter boxes provide the perfect place for indoor plants to make this a calming workspace and the double linen cupboard is perfect for extra storage.
• The master suite is located at the rear of the home to provide a peaceful sanctuary, finished with lush carpet, a large roman blind across the sliding door, timber ceiling fan and pendant reading lights. The resort feel ensuite is finished with crisp white tiles & shutters which complement the white vanity and a double shower occupies the whole end of the ensuite. A large walk in robe provides plenty of storage space and can be closed off with a recessed sliding door.
• The home has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and there is additional storage in the hallway.

If outdoor living is your passion, then this home also ticks lots of boxes outside:

• Aggregate driveway leading to oversized double garage with auto tilt door and access to the back yard from the rear of the garage.
• Oversized alfresco under the main roof with 2 large ceiling fans and honed aggregate which extends around the side of the house and is easily accessed from the main living area.
• Rendered brick garden beds provide a nice finish to the backyard.
• 6m x4m powered shed with roller door, perfect for storing all the essentials for a fun beach lifestyle at Binningup.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
