Love entertaining outdoors and want plenty of shed space for the toys? Look no further than 45 Ogden Street in Collie, a beautifully presented 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on 1,012m2 (a quarter of an acre in the old scale) with the shed to be the envy of your neighbours.
The home has had many updates and renovations over the last few years, with the floors, walls and window coverings all having been brought up to date to name a few. Outside is where this home really shines through; with a huge undercover patio area straight off the living room that's perfect for evenings entertaining, with additional access through the carport for extra parking if needed. Step down off the raised patio area and you're greeted with a huge extended shed, with power connected and your own vehicle hoist, perfect for the mechanic or backyard tinkerer. All this is accessible through double rear gates that open into the laneway behind, allowing easy entry to the backyard for vehicles.
