Direct Parkside Living!

This incredible home was built in 2015 in one of the most beautiful locations possible, right alongside the park-lands of the Connaught Street Reserve. Enjoy uninterrupted park views, less neighbourly hassles and more bright open public space for you and the family to enjoy. Managing to feel both secure and open at the same time!

As well as the amazing location, the home itself is truly wonderful throughout too. With fresh and modern light filled living spaces, plus all the modern conveniences that you'd expect from a house this new!

All three bedrooms have views to the trees and the hills, and are super spacious. Yet all three are also positioned apart to maximise your privacy. The luxurious Master bedroom is massive and even enjoys views out to a little secret garden. Serviced by a gorgeous en-suite and walk in robe.

The kitchen in the very heart of this home is magnificent. Forming the centrepiece of a light, bright, open plan living space. A beautifully designed area with high ceilings, LED downlights, electric secure roller shutters and reverse cycle split system air-conditioning. Experience year round class and comfort.

From here you can directly access a beautiful outdoors alfresco entertaining zone, which shares a fence only with the park. This means when you move in and sit out here for the very first time, you can play your celebration music just that little bit louder without upsetting any neighbours.

The big double garage includes an extra store area, which could double as your mini-workshop!

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
