This is the complete package
Built in 1979 this home has some of the groovy 1970's character elements you probably love; the arches, the sunken lounge, the bar with saloon doors, the ornate light fittings with little naked dudes on them.. but it also has a lot of cool things much less common for homes of this era too, like a walk-in-robe (which could be converted to a small ensuite/2nd bathroom).
It's also been updated in all the right places, with fresh new flooring just installed, fresh paint and modern kitchen appliances.
You'll enjoy side access to a HUGE powered garage/workshop, abundant patio space, secret areas, solar panels and more.
Plus, I estimate you could park about 5 or 6 cars undercover here, minimum!
The location is hard to beat too. This is on the same street as Woodlupine Primary School, so you can reach the school, parks, playground and shops without walking on a road at all, making it an absolute ideal spot for families!
And it's worth more than a mention that with R20/30 zoning, there's some really great retain and build potential too! You'll need approval, and you'll need to remove the carport and garage, but there's the potential here to turn one great property into TWO!

Track propertyForrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
