This is a huge block and this is a huge opportunity.
In a great central location within easy walking distance of so much, we find this 2000 built 3x1 home. It's a neat home and very functional and practical, however the land is what sets it apart from the pack. With a huge block like this, you have so many opportunities. There is subdivision potential, or keep-it-as-it-is potential and build-a-bigger-shed potential or just have-a-big-backyard-potential. It's all potential and at this price it's potentially the best buy in Perth.
The 6mx6m workshop is ready for you to get cracking on those projects you've been planning, and the property also has a bore so you can get cracking on those garden projects you've always dreamed of having as soon as you have a big block. Well, here is your bigger block.
WHERE IT IS
The Kelmscott Town Centre is getting better by the day. With the Denny Avenue Railway Precinct upgrade nearing completion and integrating this location with the Town Centre, it is an extremely practical and workable area, but in this cul-de-sac street, you'd never know you were this close to so much including cafes, restaurants, public transport, medical centres, gyms and more.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
