THE DEAL
Positioned on a R40 Zoned 417sqm corner block, this elegantly renovated character home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living zones and a flexible layout that’s been carefully considered for modern living.

Flooded with natural night, the open-plan living and dining area is wrapped in floor to ceiling sheer curtains and features bifold doors that open directly to a timber deck, seamlessly blending inside and out. From here, you can enjoy peaceful garden views and your morning coffee under dappled light. The adjoining kitchen is finished with stone benchtops, ample cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a crisp white palette that ties it all together.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully styled with comfort in mind, and both bathrooms have been updated to reflect a fresh, functional design. A separate multi-use space sits to the side of the home, currently configured as a home office— complete with its own access via bifold doors & air conditioning. Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
