This is a super cool home and for multiple reasons - so let's start with the obvious first.
It's on a corner block, zoned R20/30, so you can create a new block with its own street frontage - while still retaining the existing dwelling! That alone is already a BRILLIANT reason to pick this property up. You can develop it now, or save the money making for later.
but maybe you have no interest in developing, so what else have we got?
Well, this is substantially bigger than most 3x1s, with a HUGE family room extension at the rear PLUS extensive patio entertaining space. So you have multiple entertaining areas inside as well as outside (think about the parties!!)
Both of the indoor entertaining spaces have direct access to the patio area too, so you can either keep the zones separate (on days that the kids are being annoying) OR you can open everything up for maximum flow.
The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated already so you can tick that box, and the laundry has been upgraded to a laundry/scullery (which is a little bit fancy if you ask me).
It's also got a powered shed - which believe it or not is one of the number one MUST HAVE items at a property for many buyers. If you're a shed person you'll already understand that, but if you're not a shed person, lets call it a games room instead! Chuck in a pool table and some darts, maybe a couch and some table tennis and bingo.. your awesome home just got bigger and, well, awesomer!!
Quick Facts:
• 707sqm corner block
• Zoned R20/30 (retain and build possible)
• Powered shed
• Extended living
• Renovated kitchen/bathroom/laundry
• Some big beautiful trees across the road
• Split system reverse cycle air-conditioning
• Entertainers will love it!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
