FRESH, SIMPLE AND WELL LOCATED

Sometimes, less really is more — and that's exactly the vibe here. This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in Lynwood keeps things simple but stylish, with fresh updates, a good layout, and just enough space to enjoy without spending your weekends doing yard work. It's solid, it's comfortable, and most of the hard work is already done — so whether you're stepping onto the property ladder, scaling back, or snapping up an easy-care investment, it's worth a look.

Inside, the home feels fresh without trying too hard. Jarrah floors have been beautifully restored and give the living and bedroom areas a warm, timeless feel. The lounge is light-filled and inviting, while the separate dining room sits just off the kitchen — ideal for relaxed dinners or a quick brekkie before the school run. The kitchen's practical and uncluttered, with a freestanding gas cooker, under-bench storage, and open shelving to keep things easy. The bathroom has had a smart update too — think large tiles, a full-sized bath, separate shower, and a vanity with built-in storage.

FEATURES:
* Solid brick and tile construction
* Fresh paint to key areas in soft, modern tones
* Roof has been recently restored
* Beautiful jarrah flooring to bedrooms and living areas
* Renovated bathroom with separate bath and shower
* Light-filled lounge set to the front of the home
* Separate dining room adjoining the lounge and kitchen
* Great-sized bedrooms, two with built-in robes
* Ducted air conditioning and gas point for heating
* Open air parking on a concrete pad to the front of the property
* Tiled landing across the front elevation, a great spot for a future patio or private courtyard (STCA)
* 379sqm block – manageable and low maintenance

Outside, it's a low-fuss setup with plenty of potential. There's open-air parking out front on a concrete pad, and the front landing offers a great spot to add a patio or pergola down the track (STCA).

Location-wise, it's super convenient. You're within 850m of Bannister Creek Primary and 2.5km to Lynwood High. There are handy local shops nearby on Lynwood Avenue, and bigger retail therapy at Westfield Carousel or Stockland Riverton just a short drive away. Add easy access to Roe Highway, Albany Highway and High Road and you've got a location that ticks a lot of boxes.

Lynwood overview

In November 1964, the Shire of Canning proposed that this area be named "Willetton" after Henry Willett of Willett and Co." Early landholders in the area. In August 1965 the Shire advised that the Realty Development Corporation Ltd had requested the name "Clovercrest Estate" but that neither party would object to the use of the name Lynwood instead of "Willetton". This amendment was approved in 1965 and the name "Willetton" was used for an adjoining locality.
