This one is way too cool!!
You don't often get a great 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with fantastic development options, but fortunately, back in 1985 when this home was built, and possibly by chance or a little bit of fortune telling, the home was positioned on just the right part of the block for this to work really well!! Fast forward a few decades, and the rezoning to R25/40 now gives this property oodles of options. My favourite 3 options are in the photo reel. You will of course need to apply to the relevant authorities for approval.. but in theory, it looks pretty doable!
But maybe developing isn't your jam and you just need a great home? Well 41 Essex Street has all the great home ingredients!
With side access to a workshop, a big yard, 4 bedrooms and a master with a renovated ensuite, solar power, spacious kitchen, excellent outdoors entertaining and more!
The location is pretty cool too, with Forrestfield Centro shopping centre a short walk down the end of the Street, and nearby access to transport, Forrestfield Primary School, doctors, parks, childcare.. you name it! There is even a golf course and skatepark in the neighbourhood! This is pretty much an all-ages location spectacular!!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
