Love to entertain; then this is your place

This immaculate 4 bedroom 2 bedroom contemporary home has a beautiful tropical vibe from the exterior and is cleverly designed inside, with a sumptuous master suite well separated from the remainder of the bedrooms which have a separate wing toward the rear of the home.

You'll love that your home is so close to childcare, schools, a quick drive to the train station for an easy commute and the enormous Cockburn Gateway shopping mecca is just down the road.

It's built with the family in mind that loves to entertain, with a spacious theatre at the front and at the rear, a large undercover outdoor entertaining area with its own kitchenette, ceiling fan and adjoining spa cabana.

Entry is from a lovely quiet street, down the garden path, though the portico and into home's entry hall where you'll notice a very comfortable theatre room through French doors opposite the master suite.

The entry hall ends at the open family, dining and kitchen area where timber look floors are complemented beautifully by glossy white cabinetry in the U-shaped kitchen.

The minor bedrooms are off a separate wing here and share a central bathroom which has a tub under the window and whose sleek neutral décor is the same as that in the ensuite.

Lots of thought has gone into using natural light in this home - from the triple front windows in the master suite to the big glass doors to the alfresco dining area at the rear.

It's a great space saving feature on this block too, that the double garage is off the rear lane with a door connecting it to the home through the alfresco area.

Success overview

The suburb of Success is named after the ship commanded by Captain James Stirling when he visited and explored the Swan River in 1827. The name was approved for the suburb in 1973, although the boundaries have since been changed. In 1968 the PMG discussed the naming of the area with the Cockburn Shire Council who suggested "Omeo", apparently after a ship that went ashore at Coogee around the turn of the century. Investigation showed that this name was duplicated in Victoria and eventually, the name Success was proposed.
