The outdoor spaces set a new benchmark for entertaining and relaxation. An enormous fully enclosed gabled patio creates an all-weather retreat, complete with multiple zones, sun blinds, and a built-in BBQ - ideal for hosting in style or enjoying quiet evenings with family. Beyond the patio, manicured lawns and established gardens flow seamlessly into lifestyle features including a chicken run, sandpit, bird aviary, liquid limestone activity area and a collection of established fruit trees, all crafted to blend beauty with practicality.
For those who demand functionality as well as charm, the property provides dual drive-through access from both sides, with double gates - one automated - ensuring effortless entry for vehicles, caravans, or trailers. At the rear, the impressive 15m x 9m powered Colourbond workshop stands ready to accommodate the needs of trades, creatives, or serious hobbyists.
Sustainability has been thoughtfully woven into the property. A high-quality solar power system reduces energy costs while supporting greener living, and a huge water tank ensures ample supply for gardens and daily needs. These features make the home not only functional, but forward-thinking - perfectly aligned with modern expectations of efficiency and self-sufficiency.
Inside, timeless character blends with generous proportions. Polished timber floors and high ceilings lend a sense of space and grandeur, while each bedroom offers built-in robes and bespoke decorative details. The spacious kitchen anchors the home, flowing into expansive living areas that include a dedicated children's activity zone and a slow-combustion fire. The king-sized master suite is privately positioned and enhanced with ensuite and built-in robes, creating a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation.

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
