• The spacious living area is finished in timber-look tiles and roller blinds.
• Adjacent to the living area is a theatre room complete with a recess for your entertainment unit, & block-out roller blinds for the high picture windows that enable a couch to be pushed up against the walls.
• Two of the minor bedrooms are located at the rear of the home, with large windows providing a view over the back yard. They both have built-in robes & roller blinds for privacy. The remaining bedroom could also be utilised as a nursery or a study, as it has a door which leads to the WIR that belongs to the master suite.
• The main bathroom has an extra deep bath, fully screened shower and vanity, and is perfectly finished in neutral tiles.
• A functional laundry is located behind the garage and is a welcoming workspace. The washing machine, dryer, and extra storage are conveniently tucked away behind sliding doors. This frees up space for a large benchtop with under-bench cupboards, as well as overhead cupboards.

The outside will be sure to impress those that love to entertain & enjoy outdoor living:

• Good sized alfresco under the main roof with aggregate concrete, providing the perfect place for a large outdoor dining suite or lounge. A built-in BBQ is situated alongside the alfresco with a bench on both sides.
• Large lawned area with auto retic and retained garden beds at the rear of the property.
• Good sized double garage, with a great storeroom (measuring 3.12m x 2.4m) built into the side, as well as an alcove on the other side of the garage for additional storage. A single roller door at the back of the garage provides access to the back yard. This garage has been cleverly designed to provide room for bikes, surfboards a workshop, home gym or anything else you might need for recreational pursuits.
• The addition of 18 solar panels and a 5KW solar system help keep electricity bills to a minimum.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
