Entering this classic 1968 home feels a lot like time travelling to the past, but the development options here will set you up for the future!
With 1,012 square metres of land zoned R25/60. The options are plentiful!
Inside you will probably love the retro feel but if you don't, you'll love renovating. The important thing is there is heaps of room and tonnes of potential. While technically a 3 bedroom home, there is also an additional games room built on at the back offering some extra versatility, or just a place to store your noisier children.
Side access is available and the backyard is proper MASSIVE. Like good old fashioned massive. And there is of course a shed back there too.. way back there… near your orchard.
And whether you're looking for something to develop, or a cool place to call home, the undeniable advantage of this property is its location. It's practically a matter of metres to Forrestfield Primary School, Forrestfield Centro, Foothills medical group, parks, playgrounds and childcare options. There is even a small nature reserve directly across the road!
It's EPIC, and it's time to call the Mitchell Brothers

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
