Perfectly positioned in one of Lancelin's most tightly held coastal pockets, this beautifully maintained beachside retreat captures everything people fall in love with about life by the sea - especially the peaceful and highly sought-after northern end of town, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, rolling sand dunes, and the ocean only moments away.
Set on a generous 852m² block and tucked within walking distance to the beach, this warm and inviting home offers a rare blend of relaxed coastal living and refined comfort. The home itself has been lovingly cared for and thoughtfully updated, creating an atmosphere that feels both elegant and wonderfully welcoming. From the moment you arrive, there is an unmistakable sense of calm - sea breezes, beautifully maintained gardens, expansive lawns, and the kind of atmosphere that instantly makes you want to slow down and stay awhile.
As you step inside, the home opens into light-filled living, dining, and kitchen spaces designed around comfort, connection, and easy coastal living. Large windows frame the surrounding greenery beautifully, allowing natural light to pour through the home while creating a constant connection to the outdoors. From the kitchen and main living areas, you look directly across the backyard and entertaining spaces, giving the home a warm and welcoming family feel.
The downstairs level offers beautifully presented living spaces together with well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms designed for practicality and comfort. Upstairs, an additional living retreat creates another beautiful space to relax, unwind, or simply enjoy the peaceful surrounds.
Front and rear balconies invite you to slow down and take in glimpses of the turquoise ocean on one side and the iconic Lancelin sand dunes on the other - truly the best of both worlds. It is the perfect place for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply sitting quietly while the coastal breeze rolls through the home.
In the cooler months, the wood fire creates a beautiful sense of warmth and retreat, while in summer the outdoor spaces truly come alive. The manicured backyard offers plenty of room for children to play, family gatherings, or relaxed afternoons beneath the charming gazebo entertaining area - a peaceful little sanctuary designed for long conversations and quiet evenings under the coastal sky.
Adding even more flexibility is the separate multi-function activity room complete with its own kitchenette, toilet, wash facilities, and private amenities - ideal as a games room, hobby retreat, studio, or additional space.
Practicality has also been thoughtfully considered throughout the property, with extensive parking options including side access for caravans and boats, additional covered parking, a double garage, and extra storage space for all the coastal toys that naturally come with living in a place like Lancelin.
This is the kind of property people dream about owning - a home filled with warmth, natural light, coastal charm, and that unmistakable seaside soul that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Lancelin is a coastal town located on the west coast 127 kilometres north northwest of Perth. It derives its name from the nearby Lancelin Island which was named by the French expedition under the command of Captain Baudin in 1801. The name honours P F Lancelin, scientific writer, author of the World Map of Sciences and works on the planetary system and analyses of science.
Interest in the Lancelin Island area in the late 1940s for camping and as a port for the lobster fishery resulted in a townsite being declared in 1950. Lancelin was not considered a suitable name, and "Wangaree", an Aboriginal word for fish was chosen when the townsite was gazetted. Although the official name was Wangaree, local usage was Lancelin, and in 1953 the Gingin Road Board requested the townsite be renamed Lancelin. The name change was approved in 1953 and gazetted the following year.
