Welcome to a home designed for the way families live today - energy-smart comfort, multiple living zones, and an outdoor space that makes every day feel like a holiday.

Step inside to discover a spacious open plan layout combining the kitchen, dining and living area - the true heart of the home. Whether hosting weekend gatherings or relaxing after a busy day, this space keeps everyone connected. A separate theatre room provides the ideal spot for movie nights, while the dedicated study offers privacy for work, school or business tasks.

All four bedrooms are generously sized, with the master suite offering a calm and private retreat. Split system air-conditioning features throughout most of the home (Bedroom 4 excluded), ensuring year-round comfort for the whole family.

Outside, the lifestyle continues in a big way. The main alfresco flows through to an extended pergola with elevated decking creating one expansive entertaining zone overlooking the pool. A cosy pot belly fireplace makes this space just as enjoyable in the cooler months, while low-maintenance gardens keep weekends free for fun and relaxation. The sparkling swimming pool is powered by a 22 kW electric heat pump, so swimming season lasts longer.

Side access runs through the workshop directly to the pool area - ideal for tradies, storage or toys, plus a pedestrian gate for everyday ease. The 7m x 4m shed delivers even more space to tinker, store and create.

Exceptional energy efficiency is built in with a huge 10 kW solar system and Tesla 13.5 kWh Powerwall battery reducing power bills and keeping essentials running during outages. Full security screens to all external doors and windows ensure peace of mind and cool breezes throughout.

Positioned in a family-friendly Australind location close to Leschenault Leisure Centre, both Australind & Treendale Shopping Centres, and quality primary and high schools -convenience is always close to home.
