A standout residence in a tightly held location, offering exceptional flexibility and an enviable Dunsborough lifestyle.

Exuding style and sophistication, this beautifully appointed, double-storey residence, built in 2022, occupies a desirable corner block in a family-friendly cul-de-sac within what is arguably Dunsborough Lakes' best-kept secret - Elanora Retreat.

Combining versatile indoor and outdoor living with contemporary design, generous proportions, and a wonderful sense of privacy, this is a home that effortlessly balances family living, entertaining and investment opportunity.

Positioned just minutes from Dunsborough town centre, the golf course, foreshore, cafes, restaurants, shopping and entertainment, the location is exceptional. Enjoy the convenience of having everything nearby while returning home to a peaceful, private setting.

Adding significant appeal is the existing holiday home registration. In a location where no further approvals will be granted, this represents a particularly valuable opportunity, offering the flexibility to enjoy the property as your own permanent residence, lease it long-term or take advantage of the short-stay accommodation market.

From the striking modern facade to the beautifully landscaped surrounds, the home makes an immediate impression. Its rendered exterior and considered design have been complemented by an orientation that captures the warmth of northern light and the beauty of ridge sunsets.

At the heart of the home, the impressive kitchen is designed to bring people together. Stone benchtops, quality appliances, overhead cabinetry, and generous preparation space are complemented by a walk-behind scullery, creating a practical yet sophisticated hub for everyday family life and effortless entertaining.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly to the covered alfresco and BBQ zone, providing the perfect setting for relaxed afternoons, family gatherings, and entertaining friends. The fully enclosed yard offers peace of mind for children and pets, while the landscaped outdoor spaces create an inviting extension of the home's living areas.

Upstairs, the master suite is a true retreat. Generously proportioned and filled with natural light, it enjoys lovely outlooks and a sense of separation from the remaining bedrooms. The open ensuite elevates the experience, featuring a freestanding bath and walk-in shower to create a space designed for relaxation.

The additional bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned to provide excellent separation, while the flexible fifth bedroom or home theatre offers options to suit changing family needs. A dedicated study nook and excellent internal storage further enhance the home's functionality.

Beyond the home itself, Elanora Retreat is a genuine point of difference. The streetscape is defined by beautifully presented residences, considered landscaping and an evident pride of ownership, creating a welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere that feels more like a little community.

With its contemporary design, exceptional entertaining spaces, impressive accommodation, and valuable holiday home registration, this is far more than a place to live - it is an investment in lifestyle, flexibility, and the absolute best of Dunsborough living.

Dunsborough overview

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.

Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
