Enter through the front door and on the left-hand side you will find a large L-shaped lounge area, complete with a bay window to capture the sun. For the winter months there is a tile fire to warm the home. The dining area is generous, with a built-in cupboard and sliding door leading outside. The kitchen has a fridge recess, electric wall oven and hotplate. The entire living area has been tiled with tiles that capture the sunlight and give the property a light, bright feeling.
The master bedroom is large enough for a king-sized bed and has a ceiling fan and a triple built-in robe. The two minor bedrooms also have built-in robes.
The bathroom is central to the bedrooms and has a shower, bath and vanity. The toilet is located off the laundry.
Outside there is a single carport, plus additional parking space for a boat or extra car. The property is quite elevated at the front, giving a nice outlook across the town. The rear of the property has a large flat area with a paved patio area, and the remainder is terraced with shrubs and peppy trees.
Location is important and this property is close to many community facilities. On the other side of Driftwood Way there is the community park with walk paths, playground, BBQ's and the skate park. Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
Despite being a popular tourist and stopover point in the summer months, Binningup is a beautiful coastal village which boasts many attractions for local residents including a scenic golf course, pristine beach is protected by a reef running parallel to it, general store, caravan park, skateboard park, recreation centre, youth camp, public library and public oval.
