Positioned at the front of a well-maintained group and softened by established greenery, this is a home that offers far more space than you might expect, both inside and out.
The layout has been designed for real living. Open plan zones connect effortlessly, giving you the flexibility to host, relax, or simply spread out without ever feeling confined. Two separate outdoor courtyards extend the living even further, making it easy to entertain or enjoy quiet moments surrounded by greenery.
At the centre of the home, the renovated kitchen stands out. Generous bench space, ample storage and a clean, modern finish make it a space that works just as well for everyday meals as it does for hosting.
Natural light filters through every room downstairs, with lush garden outlooks creating a calm and private feel throughout. It's a home that feels settled and comfortable from the moment you walk in.
Accommodation is well considered, with three genuine double bedrooms, including a main suite with its own ensuite. A second bathroom, additional powder room and three toilets in total ensure practicality for both families and guests.
Comfort is taken care of year-round, with air conditioning across both levels, while features such as remote-controlled blinds add a level of everyday convenience.
Positioned just moments from Maylands Primary School, with the Swan River, train station and café strip all within easy reach. It's a location that continues to grow in popularity for good reason, offering both lifestyle and convenience in equal measure.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
