Beautifully Renovated Home

This is, quite likely, the best villa available in Forrestfield and surrounds right now.

Built in the early 1990's in a supremely good location, just metres away from the White Star Deli, a medical centre, a fitness centre and more. This is SUPER convenient!
The added bonus here is that rather than having neighbours right behind you, there is instead a tree-lined reserve, giving you that little bit more privacy than you'd normally expect from easy care villa living.

Inside the home you'll find a fully renovated and upgraded masterpiece. With a gorgeous new kitchen, including a double oven, plenty of storage, and great connectivity with the outside entertaining area.

The home is solar powered, and includes 2 reverse cycle air-conditioning options - the split system as well as the new fully ducted system too. So you can feel comfortable, but also secure- with electric roller-shutters out the front and a security alarm included too!

The bathroom has been updated, and the flooring here is stunning, with timber-look tiling throughout all the main living areas!

The home is standalone with no shared walls, so you can walk all around it, and while doing so you will find not only a designated store room, but a good-sized garden shed as well.

There's a light and bright patio entertaining area her, just off the kitchen, making this a great home for all ages, with room for kids and puppies to play, guests to be merry and plants to flourish!

Strata fees are low here at $558.4 per quarter (which includes your building insurance) and a reserve fund contribution of $271.8 (kept aside for emergencies). Not that we expect any emergencies in this well managed small group of 19 villas, but it's always good to know these things have been planned for ahead of time.

This is absolutely beautiful, and ready now for you to call home!

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
