This particularly well located three bedroom villa is undoubtedly one of the best buys in the area. Easy living in every aspect!
The property is currently leased until 26/6/2026 at $520pw with strata levies of approx $380/qtr.
WHAT IS THIS PLACE?
Is this an over 55's? Nope, but it pretty much looks like it! All the well-maintained gardens, swept driveways, friendly waves and the occasional white cement swan planter makes it look that way, but it's not a rule so any folk of any age can live here in this beautifully kept complex.
LIVING HERE
The main living space is of a good size and the kitchen features gas cooking and ample storage. The three bedrooms are all of a good size and the master and second bedroom both have built in robes. The patio is a great space and being situated adjacent the dining area it becomes part of the everyday living space. There's paved courtyard space and it's exceptionally low maintenance. It can be left like this or you can make it some kind of pot plant wonderland. It's very easy living. The garage has an electric roller door and there's a store room at the back of that. It's a totally free standing villa with no common walls.
WHERE IT IS
Situated just up the road from the Kelmscott town centre and with easy access to everything thanks to the bus stop at the front of the complex. With the bus taking you to the train station, getting around is easy as. Kelmscott Senior High School and medical centres are all within easy reach, but from this quiet pocket of the village, you would never know how close you are to it all.

Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape.
