This is the absolute ultimate in lock-and-leave simplicity.
I say lock-and-leave, but let's be honest - it's not the sort of place you'll actually want to leave. Maybe we should just call it lock-and-stay...
This beautifully presented three-bedroom, two-bathroom home sits in a secure complex. It's cleverly designed, offering the very best in simple and convenient living. Being on the ground floor makes life even easier, and the whole place is sure to impress anyone looking for both practicality and a fantastic location.
LIVING HERE
What a unique opportunity this is. Take a look at the connective design and you'll see just how well thought-out it all is. The living area is terrific - high ceilings add a wonderful sense of space, while the open-plan kitchen and living zone is designed for pure functionality. It's open and versatile, stylish and attractive. It just works so well. The large living space opens out to the courtyard and looks beyond to the beautiful treelined reserve that sits on the banks of the Canning River. The big glass door and windows bring that beautiful parkland setting into your home as the backdrop to your every day life.
That kitchen really stands out as a premium feature within the home, with the breakfast bar design creating a cohesive space that integrates this workspace with the living experience. The practicality of the design sees it offering ample storage, a dishwasher and a good size fridge recess. The stone bench tops are excellent and yet another nod to the quality of what is on offer.
The main bedroom enjoys the same outlook to the park and the features built in wardrobe and a lovely ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three have great storage and will accomodate a queen size bed. The main bathroom has a large shower and there's a separate WC with a wash basin.
WHERE IT IS
Get on the map and you'll see it's about 15kms to the airport, Google reckons that's about a 15 minute drive depending on the traffic. It's super easy to get around here with fast access to major arterial roads including Tonkin Highway and Albany Highway. Yet despite the brilliant convenience it's got that parkland outlook at the bottom of the Darling Scarp. It's a great place to be.

Martin is a rural and rural-residential southeast suburb of Perth within the municipality of the City of Gosnells. The suburbs population was scarce until the 1970s and has only fluctuated mildly between 1991 and 2011. Martin's settlement dates back to the mid-1800s with the land predominantly used for orcharding, market gardening and quarrying.
Largely untouched by urbanisation, Martin stretches from the banks of Canning River into the foothills with parts of the suburb relatively close to the Gosnells town site. There is plenty of public open space to explore with the Korung National Park, Banyowla Regional Park, Ellis Brook Valley Reserve, Quarry Park, Wrights Brook Region Open Space and Cohunu Koala Park. There is one school in the area which is Lumen Christi College.
