Love at first sight was the reason this property was chosen by the current owners, and now after a lengthy love affair over 25 years in the making we are proud to offer this enviable home ( built in 2004 ) and property to market for the first time since 1995.
It's time to be excited with this delightfully tranquil and relaxing mix of ambiance, views over cleared pasture and enchanting native forest as well as the sounds of running water over a granite outcrop leading to your own private waterfall.
All this viewed from the many decks and landscaped areas of an architecturally designed home that was inspired to blend into the landscape and follows the lay of the land. Elegant and modern with a spectacular fusion of glass, steel and wood.
Once inside you are immediately struck with a sense of space, natural light and a relaxed and welcoming interior. A large study and separate dining room are accessed from the wide and sun filled entry.
A large country style kitchen as well as a separate butler's room is a chef's delight. Solid Jarrah tops and cabinetry in both areas combine with quality appliances including a beautiful Stanley oven.
The striking dining and living area enjoys the forest outlook and bubbling brook. The sights and sounds of water and nature are amplified from the wrap around covered decks which flow from this area.
The hallway leading to the bedrooms and second family bathroom is a visual feast of the outside while moving from one bedroom to the next. Each level has its own personal deck to enjoy a quiet space. The main bedroom is located at the end of the hall and is a retreat within itself with a walk-in robe and large ensuite as well as a shower and separate bath with a forest outlook.
Features include:
• Over 77 acres of spectacular land in a discreet location
• Superb 3 x 2 + study architecturally designed private retreat

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
