Exclusive Parkland Retreat.

What we love
Multiple living zones, a resort style yard, and best of all, direct access to the private and exclusive Wiluna Reserve!

A carefully considered floorplan provides functionality and flexibility no matter what chapter of life your tribe may be in.

Three separate living zones allow for privacy and separation but also cater for hosting life’s special moments like Christmas dinners or Easter lunches. 4 bedrooms plus a designated study means no more fighting for your own space, and the tropical oasis of a backyard that flows through to Wiluna Reserve means the kids will never want to leave.

Family homes on 809m2 of land within 5km of the Perth CBD are few and far between, add to the mix the fact that nearly all Coolbinia residences are zoned for ZERO subdivision and we are dealing with a commodity that will only become more desirable, unique, and valued as the years go by.

39 Wiluna has been the quintessential family home of 30 plus years for the current owners, right through from crawling on the kitchen floor, to playing hide and seek in the tropical gardens, to bombies in the pool, to day long cricket matches in the private rear park.

Finding a home that suits through all stages of life is challenging, so be sure to pay us a visit and secure your next 30 years!

Coolbinia overview

"Coolbinia" was for many years regarded as part of Mount Lawley. Development was mainly in the late 1940's and early 1950's and in 1953. The name chosen for a new school in the area in August 1953 was Coolbinia, an Aboriginal name meaning "Mistletoe" and it soon came to be adopted for the adjoining suburban area. Street names in Coolbinia commemorate many town and district names in Western Australia, e.g.., Carnarvon, Ardross, Marradon, Koorda etc.
