If its space you want then this is definitely it. When you first step through the front door you will be amazed. Central hallway features leadlight entry & leads down to the lounge/family room that is absolutely enormous. This extends nearly the whole width of the house & one end has the third bedroom with WIR & the other end has the fourth bedroom or study. Master bedroom is the largest one I have seen. High ceilings & fireplace make this an excellent haven for the parents to take a break as you could easily house your bedroom furniture & a sitting area in this space. Kitchen features plenty of cupboard space & has a dishwasher, pantry & breakfast bar that overlooks the dining room. Keeping with the theme of size, the bathroom & laundry are also generously proportioned. A large entertaining area comes off the back of the home & is central to the kitchen for easy entertaining. Double shed & carport complete the picture.
The home sits on a corner block with excellent potential for future development. With a block size of 2357sqm the opportunities to capitalise with this block really making it good value for money.

The townsite of Narrogin is located in the great southern agricultural region, 192 km south east of Perth and 32 km east north east of Williams. It is located on the Great Southern Railway, and when this line was opened in 1889, Narrogin was one of the original stopping places. The railway line was a private line, and the Company that built the line declared a private townsite here in 1891. The railway was purchased by the Government in 1896, and in 1897 Narrogin was gazetted as a government townsite.
Narrogin is an Aboriginal name, having been first recorded as "Narroging" for a pool in this area in 1869. The meaning of the name is uncertain, various sources recording it as "bat camp", "plenty of everything" or derived from "gnargagin" which means "place of water".
