What an absolutely brilliant place we have on offer here, 38 Carrick Road, Mount Richon is every bit as practical as it is attractive. A two-storey home with real liveability. I say "living areas" because there's one central living room up here, but you're going to spend a lot of time living out on the balcony, I expect. The balcony has you perfectly perched to take in that stunning view across the hills and across to the city. It's simply remarkable. When you're out here, there is so much to love about the kind of atmosphere that this creates. It just feels like every day is a get-together and a reason to celebrate… even when you're just getting together with the people you live with. It's so well positioned, and it's sure to be where everyone comes to watch the fireworks on special occasions, or just the incredible sunsets any day of the week.

The kitchen is, no doubt, going to need to cater to some pretty great events when you have a place as beautiful as this. Within the kitchen, we have a good-sized pantry, gas cooking, and room to get things done.
