BRAND NEW BUILD

Nothing beats the 'New Home Smell', and with this home having only just finished construction a couple of months ago, it's ready for its first occupants. Sitting on a corner block of 861m2 and with access gates on both street frontages, the options are aplenty… build a shed with side access from the front, or simply leave it as an open space for the kids to play

The home itself is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an additional theatre room for extra living space, and a huge open plan dining/living room to keep up with modern standards. The kitchen has a large island benchtop for meal prep and entertaining around the heart of the home, with all the 'messy stuff' like the sink and dishwasher tucked away in the adjoining scullery. The open living space flows neatly through to the minor bedrooms, all of which feature large built-in robes with double doors.

Located just a short distance from the town centre, schools and the golf course, you're within reach of everything you could need on a daily basis. Get it touch to book a viewing or find out more information. Contact selling agent Daniel Cole on 0408 920 749.
